NIDDK Workshop on Assessment of Kidney Function and Damage

The goals of the workshop are to:

  1. Review the State-of-the-Art of Estimating Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) by Serum-Based Creatinine Equations and Cystatin C.
  2. Discuss Potential Biomarkers of Kidney Injury
  3. Consider Markers of Kidney Function and Progression of Kidney Disease
  4. Assess the Usefulness of Imaging Techniques To Assess Kidney Function and Damage
